We are open from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday to Friday and 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Saturday & Sunday. Please contact us for our holiday hours, as they may vary.

We are located at #101, 209 Centre Ave SW Airdrie, AB. We are known locally as The Store Upstairs because our shop is on the second floor of Pharamsave on Centre located in downtown Airdrie.

We are a women’s fashion boutique, catering to all women between the ages of 20-60. In addition to high-end clothing, we also sell special occasion dresses, handbags and accessories, bath and beauty products, and some home decor and gifts.


Most of our products are sized according to standard North American sizes. If we receive a shipment of products with unique sizing, we will change the tags to help customers choose the best size. If you have questions or concerns about how our products fit, please contact us to ask.

We appreciate well-made clothing. We bring in products from reputable suppliers and ensure they fit well and do not have any defects. 

Yes! Our online inventory is exactly the same as our in-store inventory. If you prefer an in-person shopping experience, feel free to visit our location in Airdrie.


Placing an order online is easy! Once you find the product you would like to purchase, select your size and choose “add to cart.” Your shopping cart can be found by selecting the basket icon in the right corner of the screen. From here, you can choose to “checkout” or “continue shopping.” Upon checkout, you will be asked for payment and shipping details before pressing submit.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. In addition, you may also pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay.

If you require a new size or different colour, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected] (please provide your name and order number). You may also submit a new order online and return the unwanted item once you receive it, or exchange the item in-store.

You will receive a notification via e-mail that your order has been successfully placed. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, please check your junk folder or contact us at [email protected].


We offer free shipping across North America on all orders over $75 (pre-tax). Orders under $75 have an added charge of $15 flat-rate via Canada Post.

If you are missing an item from your order or you receive the incorrect product, please check your confirmation to ensure the order was placed correctly. If so, you may contact customer service at [email protected] and we will happily resolve the issue. You may also return the incorrect items in-store.

Shipping times may vary based on your location. If you are in a rural area, you should expect longer delivery times. As a result of COVID-19, delays in delivery may be expected.

Refunds & Returns

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, all sales are final; however, exceptions may be made when exchanging for size and/or colour. Please contact us directly with any questions you may have about our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Yes. We will honour an exchange of size and/or colour in-store within 14 days of the shipping date for online purchases. We also require the original invoice or receipt. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.
