We are open from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday to Friday and 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Saturday & Sunday. Please contact us for our holiday hours, as they may vary.
We are located at #101, 209 Centre Ave SW Airdrie, AB. We are known locally as The Store Upstairs because our shop is on the second floor of Pharamsave on Centre located in downtown Airdrie.
We are a women’s fashion boutique, catering to women of all ages. In addition to clothing, we also sell special occasion dresses, handbags and accessories. We also feature a variety of bath and beauty products, giftware and toys at our brick-and-mortar store.

Products
Most of our products are sized according to standard North American sizes. If we receive a shipment of products with unique sizing, we will change the tags to help customers choose the best size. If you have questions or concerns about how our products fit, please contact us to ask.
We appreciate well-made clothing. We bring in products from reputable suppliers and ensure they fit well and do not have any defects.
All of the products you see online are also sold in-store; however, sometimes articles may have sold out before they are removed online. We always recommend that if you like what you see online, stop by for an in-person shopping experience!
Ordering
No e-commerce? No problem! If there’s something you see that you’l like to order, contact us through our online form or call us at (403)948-0010 and let us know the article of clothing you’re looking for and what size you’d like. We’ll then confirm we have your size, then we can take down your shipping details and organize payment.
If you’d like to pay through the website, we can arrange that for you. If you’d prefer to pay over the phone or with e-transfer, we can arrange that also.

Delivery
Shipping costs may vary depending on location. Shipping cost for orders inside Canada is $15. If your order is over $150, shipping is free inside Canada. For orders to the US, shipping costs start at $30.
If you are missing an item from your order or you receive the incorrect product, please contact customer service at [email protected] and we will happily resolve the issue. You may also return the incorrect items in-store.
Shipping times may vary based on your location. If you are in a rural area, you should expect longer delivery times.
Refunds & Returns
Our policy is 14 days after date of purchase to return or exchange. Please contact us directly with any questions you may have about our Returns & Exchanges policy.
